About & construction

Commercial positioning with honest inflatable-product expectations.

WaveCraft supports both individual shoppers and quantity buyers without overstating what an inflatable product can withstand.

Our Brand
What is WaveCraft Pro?

WaveCraft Pro is a commercial-focused inflatable water-recreation brand serving waterparks, river outfitters, resorts, recreation teams, camps, rental programs, and recreational customers. Product specifications vary by model, so the product page and supplied documentation control for exact details.

How should I compare an inflatable tube with a hard-plastic product?

Inflatable PVC products are lighter, portable, and comfortable, but they should not be treated like hard plastic. Sharp objects, dragging, abrasion, rocks, docks, over-inflation, improper storage, and misuse can damage an inflatable. Manufacturing defects and use-related damage are evaluated differently.

What are WaveCraft inflatable products made from?

Many WaveCraft inflatable products use heavy-duty PVC. Towable tubes generally use a PVC inner bladder with a nylon cover, while some models include reinforced bottoms, upgraded handles, specialized valves, tarpaulin PVC, or other model-specific features. Review each product page for its verified construction.

Choose & care

Match the product to the activity before comparing color or price.

Product labels, warnings, supplied instructions, and verified product-page facts control for model-specific limits and intended use.

What is the difference between a river tube and a towable tube?

River tubes are generally designed for floating, lounging, river operations, waterparks, and calm-water recreation. Towable tubes are designed to be pulled behind a boat and usually use a PVC bladder inside a protective cover. Never tow a river, pool, or recreational float unless it is explicitly designed and labeled for towing.

How do I choose the right WaveCraft product?

Start with the intended activity and environment, then compare rider count, product dimensions, construction, handles and valves, frequency of use, storage, and current availability. Commercial operators should also consider inspection procedures, replacement planning, delivery requirements, and any customization needs.

What should I know about inflation, temperature, cleaning, and storage?

Follow the product label and supplied instructions. As general guidance, inflate until firm with slight give, avoid over-inflation, and remember that cold can soften a tube while heat can increase internal pressure. Rinse after use, dry fully, and store away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, heat, chemicals, and heavy weight.

Shop & Commercial

Online shopping and commercial planning follow different paths.

Shop available products online. Use Commercial when quantity, operating requirements, freight, account review, or possible customization matters.

Explore Commercial
What can I order online now?

The Shop contains WaveCraft products currently available for direct online checkout. Product pages show current variants and availability. Organizations with different product, quantity, account, or delivery needs should use the Commercial section.

How does the Commercial process work?

Start with the Commercial page, then choose a quote request, planning survey, account application, or general contact route. Share the intended use, product interests, estimated quantity, destination, and operating requirements for review.

Which Commercial form should I use?

Request a quote for a defined project, use the Commercial Tube Survey when you need planning help, or submit a Commercial Account Application when exploring an ongoing organization relationship. Submitting a form does not guarantee an account, pricing, availability, capacity, or delivery timing.

Shipping & returns

Order size, destination, condition, and timing determine the available path.

Retail rates appear at checkout. Commercial freight and receiving requirements are confirmed in writing.

Shipping & Returns
How do retail shipping and tracking work?

Available retail shipping services and charges are calculated at checkout using the selected products, package requirements, destination, and carrier availability. When an order ships through a trackable service, tracking is provided by email or through Shopify order communications; carrier scans may take time to appear.

How do commercial freight and receiving work?

Commercial orders may ship by pallet, LTL, container, or another quoted method. Buyers must provide accurate delivery and access details, confirm liftgate or appointment needs, inspect cartons and pallets at delivery, note visible damage or shortages with the carrier, preserve packaging, and report issues promptly.

What is the retail return policy?

The published return policy controls. Generally, an approved retail return must be unused, clean, undamaged, resalable, and in original packaging. Used products, custom items, final-sale items, and products damaged through use may not qualify. Contact WaveCraft before sending a return.

Terms & claims

Document the condition and cause before deciding on a remedy.

Commercial terms can differ from retail terms. Written order documents and applicable law control.

Start a Claim or Support Request
Can commercial, bulk, custom, or production orders be returned or canceled?

These orders are generally not returnable unless WaveCraft confirms a quality issue, incorrect item, or another exception in writing. They may become non-cancelable after confirmation, payment, material purchase, artwork approval, production, packing, or freight booking. The quotation, invoice, written terms, and applicable law control.

What does an applicable limited warranty cover and exclude?

When a written limited warranty applies, it covers qualifying defects in materials and workmanship subject to its period, exclusions, documentation, and claim requirements. Common exclusions include over-inflation, punctures, cuts, abrasion, dragging, collision, improper towing, misuse, UV or chemical damage, improper storage, unauthorized repair, and normal wear.

What should I provide for a claim, and what happens next?

Keep the product and packaging until review is complete. Provide the order number or proof of purchase, product model, quantity affected, full-product and close-up photos, valve and warning-label photos when available, shipping-label photos when relevant, and a clear description. After review, WaveCraft may request more documentation, inspection, return, or disposal confirmation before approving a replacement, part, quantity, or other applicable remedy.

Safety & controlling terms

Supervision, inspection, and intended use come before convenience.

General web guidance never replaces model-specific limits or the rules that apply to an activity or facility.

Read Safety Guidance
Are WaveCraft inflatable tubes life-saving devices, and is supervision required?

No. Recreational inflatable tubes are not life-saving devices. Use approved personal flotation equipment where required or appropriate. Children require responsible adult supervision, and commercial operators must follow applicable regulations, facility rules, staff-training requirements, and site-specific procedures.

What should I inspect before use, and can a damaged product remain in service?

Inspect inflation, seams, valves, handles, bottoms, covers, ropes or attachments, tow points when applicable, labels, and overall condition. Remove any leaking, torn, separated, damaged, or questionable product from service. Tow only products explicitly designed and labeled for towing.

Do FAQ answers replace product instructions, policies, or written order terms?

No. The FAQ provides general guidance. Product labels, warnings, supplied instructions, published policies, approved quotations, invoices, written order terms, facility rules, applicable law, and activity-specific requirements take precedence whenever they are more specific or conflict with general website content.
