At WaveCraft Pro, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy below before requesting a return.

Retail (Consumer) Orders

Retail purchases made through our website are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be new, unused, and uninflated (unless required for inspection of a defect)
Be in its original packaging with all included components
Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Not be marked as Final Sale

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a verified manufacturer defect), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as WaveCraft Pro is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Return Rejections

Returns that do not meet the requirements of this policy—including but not limited to items that are used, damaged through customer use, incomplete, missing original packaging, or submitted outside the return window—may be rejected.

If a return is rejected, WaveCraft Pro is not responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to the customer. Customers may arrange and pay for return shipment of rejected merchandise. If return shipping is not arranged within a reasonable period, the product may be disposed of without further obligation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible at customercare@wavecraftsports.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will evaluate the claim and work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
