Size & care

Protect fit, pressure, and service life.

Use each product page for verified dimensions and construction, then follow the product label and supplied instructions for inflation, cleaning, repair, and storage. This page provides conservative general guidance.

Fit, inflation & inspection

The right setup starts before the product reaches the water.

Product-specific labels, limits, warnings, and supplied instructions take precedence over general web guidance.

Compare deflated and inflated dimensions

Inflatable products can list both deflated and inflated measurements. Use the measurements shown on the specific product page, and allow room for the actual product shape, handles, valves, rider position, and storage space.

Inflate to the product instructions

As general guidance, inflate until the product is firm with slight give when pressed. Do not over-inflate. Follow any model-specific pressure, chamber, valve, or setup instructions supplied with the product.

Expect pressure to change with temperature

Cold water can make an inflatable feel softer, while heat and direct sun can increase internal pressure. Adjust carefully, monitor the product during use, and do not over-inflate to compensate for a temporary temperature change.

Inspect before every use

Check seams, valves, handles, bottoms, covers, ropes, tow points when applicable, warning labels, attachments, and overall condition. Remove leaking, torn, separated, damaged, or questionable equipment from service.

Cleaning, storage & repair

A simple care routine helps reduce avoidable damage.

Care does not make an inflatable indestructible. Protect it from puncture, abrasion, dragging, over-inflation, and conditions outside its intended use.

Rinse after water and heavy use

Rinse with clean fresh water after salt water, chlorine, mud, or heavy commercial use. Use mild soap when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, pressure washers, and abrasive cleaning tools.

Dry fully before storage

Allow the product, valve areas, covers, handles, and packaging to dry fully. Storing damp equipment can contribute to odor, mold, discoloration, material damage, and premature wear.

Store away from damaging conditions

Keep clean, dry products in a cool area away from direct sunlight, sharp objects, chemicals, rodents, heat sources, and heavy weight. Fold or deflate only as directed for the product.

Limit continuous outdoor exposure

UV, heat, chlorine, salt water, rain, chemicals, and repeated abrasion can shorten product life. Commercial operators should use documented inspection, cleaning, rotation, drying, and storage procedures.

Use only appropriate repair methods

Follow the repair instructions and materials supplied or approved for the specific product. Do not continue using a product with structural damage, a torn handle, a damaged tow point, seam separation, or an uncertain repair.
