Limited Warranty Policy

At WaveCraft Pro, we take pride in manufacturing durable, commercial-grade inflatable products designed for demanding recreational and commercial environments. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use.

Warranty Coverage

WaveCraft Pro warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed during the applicable warranty period, WaveCraft Pro will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product;
  • Provide replacement parts;
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model; or
  • Issue another remedy deemed appropriate by WaveCraft Pro.

This warranty is limited solely to defects resulting from manufacturing or material quality and does not guarantee that products are indestructible or immune to damage from normal use.

What Is Covered

Examples of covered manufacturing defects may include:

  • Defective heat welds or seams
  • Manufacturing-related air leaks
  • Defective valves or valve installation
  • Material defects present upon delivery
  • Other workmanship defects determined by WaveCraft Pro

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Punctures, cuts, tears, or abrasions
  • Contact with rocks, concrete, docks, branches, glass, metal, or other sharp or abrasive surfaces
  • Dragging the product across rough surfaces
  • Over-inflation or excessive air pressure
  • Under-inflation resulting in product damage
  • Improper storage, folding, or transportation
  • UV exposure, weathering, fading, discoloration, or oxidation
  • Mold, mildew, or improper cleaning
  • Chemical exposure
  • Fire, excessive heat, or freezing conditions
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
  • Commercial operating conditions resulting in normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance
  • Damage caused by improper repairs performed by anyone other than WaveCraft Pro or an authorized service provider
